My name is Aswathi Menon and I am a working Grandmother from Kerala.
Like any mother, I was constantly looking for healthy recipes and experimenting in the kitchen to come up with new ways to get my children to eat healthy and lead a healthy lifestyle.
My children are grown ups now, but I continue to share these recipes and natural remedies with friends and family.
Many people suggested that I share these with more people through the medium of the Internet, and here we are!
